Your Propane Cooler will be sent to you directly from our warehouses located in Charlotte, NC. Bulk orders come from our East Coast distribution center in Atlanta. Only our offices and creative department are located in Waxhaw.

It is the customer's responsibility (you) to place their order in a timely fashion. We do not give returns for orders that do not "get there in time". If you have a social function or a trip you are purchasing a propane cooler for, allow time for processing (2 business days), time in transit (see below, but we require a minimum 10 business days), set up on your end (varies) and for you to get familiar with using the cooler properly.

In actual practice, however, delivery takes lot less time than this.

All propane coolers will be shipped via UPS. You will need to be able to sign for this item, under no circumstances will we deliver without a signature. We do not use customer's shipping accounts.

For large orders, we ship via freight, and you will receive a phone call from the trucking company to set up a delivery time that is good for you and them. Again, signatures are mandatory, and your shipment will never be left at a location without one.

Shipping damage MUST be reported within 24 hours, after this time the delivery has been accepted and shipping insurance has expired.

RETURNS

All our propane coolers are under warranty, and we reserve the right to repair, send parts, or rebate in part for propane coolers at our full and uncontested discretion.

Never send a cooler back without prior permission.

Free shipping is only offered on the initial outbound leg. Any and all additional shipping costs will be born in full by the customer with the exception of authorized returns due to product defect.

All chargebacks, while rare, are given over to our collections agency for redress.
